First release of Startup Helper, the UI is not the best, but is gets the job done :P
(Works in XP and Vista.)

You will need to manual make a shortcut in the Windows Start folder (under the start menu->All programs->Start).

I have tested it, and it runs ok for me, but there are properly
some bugs here and there.
